Suicide and Self-harm National Conference

The all Wales National Advisory Group for the Prevention of Suicide and Self-harm hosted the national conference on Thursday 2nd March 2023 at Cardiff City Hall.
The event was chaired by Professor Ann John, and we were joined by Lynne Neagle MS Minister for Mental Health and Wellbeing as well as a number of experts by experience and profession.
The key notes and workshops focused on how evidence can inform practice and policy, showcased effective practice and innovation, and generated discussions to inform the next iteration of the national suicide and self-harm prevention strategy for Wales.
